I have been with SPX for a little over a year now and continue to be impressed. There is a genuine desire to learn and improve every day. The level of sincerity and humility demonstrated by many of our leaders affirms my belief that we are a company that cares about people, not just share price. The compensation and benefits structure is competitive and the company is beginning to invest in real employee development.

Cons

We are very data driven which can tend to slow us down in decision making and might result in being a little change averse.

Business is actively growing, creating a lot of opportunities to get involved in new things for those that are interested and eager to learn. Engaged, supportive, approachable senior leaders who genuinely care about employees and who are open to feedback.

Cons

I do not view it as a negative, but if you are looking for a status quo role, this is not the place for you. You will thrive if you like a slightly faster pace and enjoy looking for new and better ways of doing things.
