Top items I share with people when they ask: 1. Great teams - helping each other be successful. 2. Small Company feel, but global opportunities. Most people will know and can interact with executive team, but able to work on projects throughout the world. Aren't just another person in a farm of workers. 3. Growth opportunities. Able to develop and continuously be challenged. If you work hard and are successful in your assignments you will be rewarded and opportunities will be given.

Cons

There are sometimes challenges to get approval on projects that need additional investment. Publicly held company, so there are some short term decisions that wouldn't be done if not for reporting to shareholders.

Diverse time zones can make for long hours Communication is sometimes difficult when parts of the team are in different time zones and countries
