Pros

Great people, and a company focused on growth. Lots of very long term employees that are able to mentor/train new employees. Company has made some strong business decisions with acquisitions and is in a very strong financial position. With the growth, along with a number of retirements, there is a lot of opportunity for employees to advance in their careers. 401k matching is strong.

Cons

Insurance options are about average, could be better. Things take some time for approvals with many layers of red tape, processes in HR could be streamlined more.

Corporate takes forever to do anything

Benefits and salary we're very good, plenty of PTO and everyone was very friendly

Corporate takes forever to do everything. It took six weeks from when they told me they would be making an offer until when I finally received the official letter. Unable to download applications to computer without the permission of the IT department; it often takes weeks to get a response from IT.
