Pros

Good company. They are working to create a more inclusive company. Leadership seems committed. Given the recent show of commitment to D&I and RiSE (Talent Development) initiatives, the company is moving in the right direction.

Cons

It is a very flat organization. Most roles have a very heavy workload. Not that you ever want to create too much slack in your organization (as that is not an efficient use of financial resources). But there must also be balance and an effective strategy for cross training and distributing tasks across an appropriate number of employees to support existing employees should some team members decide to leave the organization.
