      Great pay but no work-life balance

      Pay, 401k Match, most people are friendly

      Cons

      No work-life balance with constant forcing weekend overtime on people, company shows no respect to the Union, company blames all problems on the shop floor workers, lack of supervision/poor management, favoritism, no chance for advancement from the shop floor, poor insurance that costs a lot, hires people with sketchy backrounds
