I really enjoyed working at SPX with all the different people, respect for employees, opportunities for growth, and overall professionalism of the company.

Cons

Continued corporate restructuring, realignment, and changing strategy took its toll on everyone just trying to do his/her job to the best that could be done.

the flexibility and personal freedom that SPX allowed was nice. Taking time away to go to kids school or doctors appointments was always welcomed without question.

Cons

too many decision makers throughout the organization. objectives and direction were changed regularly without any clear communication. needed to keep records of every conversation over email.....CYA was a must
