Having to sell through secondary sales channel (reps) makes habits hard to change. Low diversity in workforce.

Pros

Chance to get your hands on a lot due to the company split. Good group on people to work with. People within the company are friendly and executive management seems to be on the ball. Pretty good benefits. Every Friday is a half day during the summer, leave AT 1230 on the dot. Great resume' builder.

Cons

None that I can think of at this point, but then again I have only been here for 2 weeks so I guess I am still in the "honeymoon phase" at this point.

Great work environment with a lot of knowledgeable people to learn from and exchange ideas

Cons

not a ton to do. Lots of repetitive work including running models and simple data pulls using HFM. They only take 4 per year.
