The database "improvement" only causes more issues with which the employee is expected to encounter and help fix with the IT team. Tip: If you do work here, be sure to leave after a year or two if you can make it that long in this stressful place.

Promotions occur, but with very meager raises. In fact, there’s a chance you can get a title change bump but with no pay raise. During annual performance reviews, you will have to fight for whatever raise you can muster. They host pizza parties or taco parties for their employees, putting on a façade of how great the company is doing and the supposedly supportive culture that pervades the workplace, but it’s very easy to see the stark difference with the type of work environment and morale SQA is trying to convey vs what what the actual company culture is like. If you must work here, then I agree with another previous reviewer who said to stay for the experience you need and then leave once you have it. Otherwise, I highly recommend you look for employment elsewhere.
