I felt undervalued when I was promoted, increased revenue with each of my clients, and let go with no warning. They had told me this was a permanent full time position, but it really was a disguise for a contract position. The only reason I was let go was because I did not respond to a client's email in time over the holiday. No further explanation. This place does not care about their employees.
