Pros

If you enjoy drinking and bro culture, they have that.

Cons

If you're desperate for work, get your experience and leave. Respect for work-life balance depends on whether one of the executive cronies is ok with you or not. You can see the lack of support and representation at the director level - women in leadership are rare, and those that are there are silenced and/or thrown under the bus. Promotions to the management level are given without training, and other team members are left to do the heavy lifting. There's also technically no HR, so good luck resolving any personnel issues thay may arise. Pay is low, hence turnover is high.

Pros

Hybrid remote work setting & free food.

Cons

Leadership Has Lost Its Way I am currently employed here, and unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The biggest issue facing this company is leadership. Many strategic decisions appear to be driven by outside consultants who, from my perspective, lack the institutional knowledge and operational experience needed to effectively guide the business. Despite this, they have been given significant influence over major decisions impacting employees, customers, and long-term company direction. Since these consultants became heavily involved, the company has experienced repeated restructuring, layoffs, benefit reductions, and constant shifts in priorities. Rather than solving problems, many of their recommendations seem to create additional layers of confusion and instability. Employees are frequently asked to abandon one initiative and move to the next before seeing results from the previous one. Equally concerning is the lack of confidence many employees have in senior leadership. Transparency, accountability, and consistency often feel absent from decision-making. Leaders regularly change direction, reorganize teams, and introduce new strategies without clearly communicating the rationale behind them. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the company was built on strong client relationships, industry expertise, and a people-first culture. Today, that foundation appears to be eroding under leadership decisions that prioritize short-term metrics over long-term success. There are talented employees throughout the organization who genuinely care about the company’s future. Unfortunately, until leadership demonstrates greater accountability and relies more on qualified internal expertise, it will be difficult for the company to regain its footing.

Pros

Fun employee outings a few times a year, free lunches monthly, friendly coworkers to support one another. Many people have been here a long time which gives the company a family feel.

Cons

Most of the positive reviews reflect the experience of offsite inspectors and auditors working at client facilities, that experience can be very different from working in a corporate role at headquarters or remotely in direct support of leadership. If you’re considering a corporate position keep that distinction in mind when reading reviews. My experience is very similar to other negative reviews here as a corporate employee- low pay and abysmal salary increases, all while feeling overworked and past the point of mental burnout. Leadership lacks empathy and safety consideration of employees- look up some of the folks on the company’s leadership page and ask if you’re comfortable working with such questionable people.
