Pros

Like other people said , you can start here to learn how to work in a agile environment and then add all the tools you learned in your resume.

Cons

Very low pay , no benefits , you don't get paid on holidays. This company is only to get some experience and apply in a better company. Don't stay too long here if you have a CS degree. There is no room for growth at all.

Coworkers are great Pool table/ ping pong table Snacks Learn automation I was here for about 6 months and got 1 raise from 31k to 34k and never got chosen to work onsite. I then found a new job that paid me 60k that’s when I left. I’ve since left that job after 2 years and now make 120k So this could be a good stepping stone. Learn as much as you can but simultaneously continuously apply to other jobs and GET OUT!

Pay is low CEO micro manages Pod system not very productive, get half the work done “Raises” are barely nothing

- Awesome coworkers - Learn QA technologies without prior experience

Cons

-Micromanagement -Company doesn't care about you -High turnover rate, people are always leaving -Even if you are far from LA they will force you to drive to LA for their business partner or fire you if you turn it down. CEO personally yelled at and insulted me for asking if there were opportunities within OC. -Salary is far below industry standard
