- Awesome coworkers - Learn QA technologies without prior experience

Cons

-Micromanagement -Company doesn't care about you -High turnover rate, people are always leaving -Even if you are far from LA they will force you to drive to LA for their business partner or fire you if you turn it down. CEO personally yelled at and insulted me for asking if there were opportunities within OC. -Salary is far below industry standard

Pros

The vision is shaped really well for this company. They're well positioned in a growing industry and they have a lot of tools and ideas in place to succeed and remain a success. The environment is very friendly, very professional, and at times it approaches familial. It offers full medical benefits, dental, unique alternative transportation incentives, and housing bonuses. I started at SQA with bare bones tech skills and left a capable mid level developer. SQA is a great position for young people looking to get their start in tech.

Cons

Unfortunately, they just don't pay enough. Even when you calculate in the incentives and bonuses.
