Fun company culture. Quarterly team building events. Performance based compensation offered. Strong focus on growth and learning. Free lunches on Wednesdays.

Cons

HR could use some improvement. Smaller company still experiences some growing pains. Expectations are high for each employee.

Pros

The office culture definitely promotes collaboration while also being semi-casual. Everyone is friendly to each other and the opportunity to learn new things is abundant. Definitely recommend for someone with little to no experience in software QA but is somewhat knowledgeable in computer science. Pay is initially not great but definitely grows a lot the longer you stay with the company. If the company likes you, they'll make sure to take care of you

Cons

Management handles some promotion somewhat questionably. Policy can suddenly change without prior warning.
