Pros

Big company with big company benefits that really outshine competitive companies in the area. Senior management is competent and the company is always growing.

Cons

Middle management and being based out of the Linwood, NJ office leaves one feeling as if they are a troublesome stepchild that came as a part of a drunken marriage. This may sound harsh but working anywhere else within the company is a far better experience than anything we see here in NJ.

Available training for advancement within the company Regular updates from executives on company performance. Education reimbursement Travel opportunities within certain contracts Employee recognition of accomplishments

Cons

I have yet to find many cons with SRA as a whole. I do however wish that salaries increases relating to moves within the company were better.
