inconsistent management and no work life balance

Pros: Decent health care and that's about it

Cons

Bait and switch within the job description and role in company. Minimal training Poor communication with direct management Hard to get reimbursed when using own funds Very little structure or consistent direction. Poor management Expectations changed frequently and employees were often given conflicting instructions without proper training. States to be a Christian company but if the lord saw the way they treat employees they would burn in hell.
