      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Most colleagues are wonderful to work with. Longevity is possible here, many people are/have been here their whole career.

      Cons

      Very attached to the ways they have always done things. Some groups are VERY political. Takes a long time to get decisions & move forward on things. Too much time trying to build overall consensus & not enough decisiveness by leadership.

      Great benefits, pay and opportunities to move around the company

      Cons

      Work any where in the company except central reclamation services the foreman dont work and are out to make them selves look good when all they do is go to the gym on company time then take lunch and show up late and leave early and the manager lets this happens and makes excuses for them they lie and make themselves look good to the rest of the company worse place in the company because foreman and manager never felt so ashamed to work for a company because of highly paid supervisor to sit in an office all day and bark orders and contridic themselves.
