      The benefits are good if you find they are worth the dealing with the passive aggressiveness from management, and them playing favorites

      Cons

      -Rude Leardership -Certain Coworkers not being held accountable -There is no actual open door policy, just on paper, you cannot feel comfortable to report corrupt leadership, and misbehaviors of others, retaliation is a given

      Better pay than comparable jobs in other companies, community/office events, friendly staff, thorough training courses, free basic life insurance, wide career options if you have a bachelors

      Cons

      Difficult job that requires a lot of critical thinking and problem-solving, policies changing constantly can be hard to keep up with, angry customers over the summer, not the best work/life balance
