      Can be a great place to work if you are under the right management. Great benefits.

      Cons

      can be a very stressful place to work under certain management. A lot of corporate politics!

      Great company that puts employees first.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and unlimited overtime opportunities. Great training and learning opportunities. People have been there for years so there’s a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Provisional employment only. Have to bid for regular position. Call center is open 24 hours. Bidding for schedules. Mandatory overtime. Very micromanaged environment. Angry customers especially during the summer. Local company. Very few opportunities outside of Phoenix.
