Pros

SRP has this great program that helps entry level engineering graduates to develop technical skills. Offer great classes to further education and to become a great leader. The program is for two years. You will rotate through 4 different department (Which gives you a greater understand of how the SRP works as a whole) and don’t worry, they make sure you’ll have a permanent place to work at the end of the rotation. Not only SRP helps you grow in the company, but also support work/life balance as well. SRP prioritize family. SRP itself is a big family.

Cons

No major cons for this company.

Pros

The diversity of work, the numerous career opportunities, the people, the benefits, and the stability.

Cons

Pay for performance is non-existent, lack of performance isn't dealt with appropriately, and full retirement is based on age rather than years of service.
