      Cons

      Gossip runs rampant, word to the wise: don't air your dirty laundry and be kind to others if you want to keep a clean reputation.

      Tuition Reimbursement cut for student interns. No central hub for information on becoming a full time employee or other intern related topics. Low conversion rate from intern to full time positions.
