Cons

Leads often give pushback instead of taking over calls. Work life balance Benefits no dental or vision if your a flexed employee No PTO No downtime, calls are constant, expected to be on the phones 99.98% of the time.

Fantastic benefits, great work life balance and decent pay

Cons

It felt like it was going to take forever to move up and although there were some fantastic employees there were a lot who were just there to collect a paycheck and don't worry as much about their performance since they wouldn't be fired.
