      My team at SRS Acquiom is the best team I have worked with in my 15 plus professional career! The benefit package is competitive and comprehensive. There are multiple opportunities for advancement and development which is also encouraged and supported by management. SRS Acquiom's values are clearly defined and can be seen in action daily between interactions with both internal and external stakeholders and customers. Additionally, SRS Acquiom's response to Covid-19 has been pro-active and the safety and well-being of the employees has been in the forefront of the leaders minds in their decisions regarding how to maintain company operations during a pandemic. SRS Acquiom is a truly innovative company that has cultivated a workforce of the best and brightest minds in M&A!

      Company has a clearly articulated vision for the future and is doing some very innovative things that can really make a difference in terms of how M&A deals get done Outstanding culture, management genuinely cares about the well being of the employees and it's actions reflect that Strong growth and growth potential

      Not an environment for people that are not willing to participate and be a part of the solution

      - More nimble, less restrictive and faster pace than traditional banking environment. -Strong Desire to change the shape of the M&A transactional space -Highly dedicated, motivated and competent employee base -Leadership team(s) puts success of the mission & improved market share of our products before the "traditional" individual goals and incremental success metrics you see at large companies -Continually changing landscape of product offerings and market direction - never a dull moment -Supportive Leadership that encourages interoffice travel & frequent company wide events -Great technology/programs/platform and side perks -Promotes Time-off, Travel and employee wellbeing

      Cons

      - Must be ready to pull your own weight - no room for squatters or those with no initiative ( I like this - as it creates a strong accountability environment, but will be a con for those who are not independent )
