      Pros

      I held multiple positions during the 3.5 years I was at SRS/Heritage. The wealth of knowledge and experience I gained has really helped me grow professionally. The executives truly care about the employees and it reflects in the interactions I had in all levels of leadership within the organization. My managers in HR were caring and thoughtful. They really helped me build a career at SRS/Heritage and gave me opportunities that I would not have had at another company.
