Pros

Great people to work with. All very helpful. Laid back atmosphere and very casual. They really take good care of their entry level trainees. Lots of potential to move up in the company fast if you're willing to relocate. As a territory manager, you get great benefits but you do have to make your sales. Car allowance, gas card, customer expenses, iphone, laptop, base salary and uncapped commission. In sales, you can make a lot of money and have a lot of fun!

Cons

Pressure is on to make sales goals. Roofing industry can be seasonal, slows down a lot in winter.

Very high turnover, poor mgmt at corporate, no HR follow up on reported issues, most employees now under 1-2yr tenure because everyone has left.
