      Pros

      What I appreciate most is the absence of drama and the availability of abundant support for new hires. Every question I ask or anything I need help with - everything I need is provided to me right away. No one is stuck up and everyone is focused on doing their job well rather than on petty office squabbles. Plus, the ability to work from home is a great perk!

      Learned how to manage a team & all aspects that go into running a successful branch

      Cons

      Not always a con, but a lot of the training is "baptism by fire", there is a lot to juggle but leadership will support you
