      Pros

      The company has a small time feel to it , and the employees get a lot of transparency and tools to grow and be a part of the company success . I’ve worked in a couple of companies and this one ranks at the top in culture and care for its employees . If you’re a hard worker and a creative mind , you’re very valued and will do very well at SRS

      Cons

      Not really a con , but since The company is growing very fast , structure has to play catch up , but that is very well known by the management team and always addressed .

      Pros

      SRS provides a workplace that allows you to learn and grow while having fun at the same time. There are numerous academies to help you learn, and if you are interested in getting involved in tasks you are not normally involved with, you are encouraged to get involved.
