      Pros

      Autonomy, interesting projects, continuous learning, great and fun people to work with at corporate and in the field. Fast growth creates so many opportunities to advance at SRS. "Consider it done" culture allows you to move quickly and achieve results.

      Cons

      Fast pace and workload may not be for everyone, but it is worth it.

      Great corporate culture, really care about the interns and MIT program. A lot of potential for growth. Real work experience.

      Cons

      Some branches have not adopted the SRS culture about making the workplace fun. Will be working 60 hours +
