      Strong Company with Big Heart for Employees and Others

      Pros

      SRS is one of the few companies I see living out their motto every day. They make money and they do it strategically. They encourage teams to have fun together and keep a laid back culture. They give back to the community through donations and volunteering their time to help where people need help most.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced workplace. SRS grows through acquisitions, and those acquisitions comes with a lot of work. Be prepared to learn fast then jump right in to it. It's a trial by fire experience. They are not hard on you if you mess up. You learn fast from your mistakes.

      Great company, Really cares about it's employees

      Pros

      I loved my job and the people there. They really care and do what they say they will. I worked there a little less than a year and found out I had cancer. They set me up to work from home, helped me with my health insurance, and bought dinner for my Family once a week! There 401(k) has very generous matching.

      Cons

      None - they go above and beyond for their employees.

      If you can continuously improve sales against arbitrary budgets and shaky market conditions you will be fine.

      Cons

      Revolving door in branch management, middle management and sales.
