      Pros

      Private company that provides good stock options. Lots of room for promotions and growth within this expanding company.

      Cons

      Would wish the leadership would remain consistent for long periods of time. Transparency would be awesome as well.

      Pros

      Hourly pay. Up to 60hrs a week. Home daily. Healthcare premium is low (company pays a significant portion). Good work environment.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Working 14hrs on a Friday. Running the clock out and having to leave the truck and get picked up because you go over 14hrs. Lots of last minute deliveries. Management won’t set a standard with customers, so customers run the show for the most part. Never know what time you’re getting off work each day. Winter you’re lucky to get 40hrs. No room for advancement as a driver.
