      Pros

      Each branch is run like an independent business. This means your day to day experience is limited to your management and coworkers. Not much changes day to day overall so it’s easy to excel at what you need to do.

      Cons

      Your a human resource. Don’t expect anything else. There are opportunities at this company, but you need to be aggressive.

      Very toxic environment, it is a job rollercoaster because of the constant layoffs they do every year. No room for advancement.

      Easy going if you have the right management in place

      If management isn't putting the time in to keep the branch running smoothly it quickly becomes days on end of nothing but headaches. It's not a hard business if you know what you're doing
