      The company has money and they use it as they please to flaunt their wealth and growth.

      Cons

      Discrimination is abundant throughout the company. Don't dare say anything about it or they will immediately dismiss you from your position in the company. People are given privileges based on race, sexuality and knowing the right people. The company is one big "click", and it's like the blind leading the blind. No one knows who's doing what, and the company is full of people afraid to ask questions.

      Great people, decent pay and good benefits

      Cons

      The Executives only care about themselves and how much money they can potentially make. They lure you in with options, work you hard and then replace you with another person they lured in with options. This works well for them because the options never vest.
