Pros
Great place to work. Projects are very interesting, challenging and relevant. Product development includes all aspects of engineering: RF design, digital design, PCB design, DSP, mechanical, embedded, and application level software. Management really cares about the individuals. Work can sometimes be hard to meet deadlines. The company also provides other benefits including a golf league, Ping-Pong, ice cream, pizza, etc.
Cons
Sometimes the work load can be high. Need to do a better job at leveling resources and be more aggressive at hiring. Communications can also be improved. Sometimes project requirements are not fully defined prior to kickoff.
