You get to work interesting and cool project with great engineers.

Cons

No standardized method of organization. Agile development was never implemented into a projects development cycle (industry standard). Constant changes to deliverables. Sink or swim environment with no proper training.

The pay and conditions are not too bad, and there are some excellent workers, but ……….

Cons

If you want to do the right thing for the company but it doesn’t suit your boss, you had better learn to adapt or be punished. The work environment is very similar to working for Trump, so either be “loyal” to your boss, or it won’t go well. Expect shouting. swearing, temper tantrums, and lots of Xanax.
