Pros
Overall co-workers are good and most are easy to get along with.
Cons
No IT strategy in general. Most projects are fire-drills and treated as one-offs, but there is the expectation of a high-level of integration. Turnover is very high and technology is critically out of date for primary systems. IT is treated as a political problem and not about process and technology. Mindset is very short term, budgets are limited and communication overall is poor when it comes down to necessary information to do a job right.
