Terrible work/life balance, but good pay.

Good pay. Company match on 401k, decent health insurance.

Cons

Lots of overtime. Management, and HR do not care about your personal life, company runs so lean, the workload and stress load are a lot. They are slow to hire replacements, so everyone else has to do more work. No room for advancement, flat pay rate across the mill even though workloads are vastly different from Department to Department.

The only pro to working in the Lisle office at this company is...uh...maybe...well the coffee is very good (although not free).

Cons

The company is constantly in a state of distress, or so employees are told. They like to say that they operate "lean", which is code for understaffed. Rather than hire the right people, they try to cut corners by using contractors for lengthy terms and cut them loose before the project is complete. If considering this company, be aware that the job descriptions are vague do not reflect the actual work. If you have other employment options, run from this company.
