-They invest in young people with good job opportunities -Evidence of progression

Cons

-They will do anything to save money at the expense of people and their wellbeing -They are not people focused at all and will make hasty decisions (short term outlook). -There is little room to be autonomous in the company in your role -They are a big company but operate like startup and do not have basic infrastructures in place e.g. reward structures, hr systems etc.

The work is easy and you do get basic training making it accessible to anyone and everyone.

Cons

The business does not care about staff. Team meanders are on minimum wage and this does not increase. Team leaders earn a little more but still less than team members at other businesses and is batt r my living wage.
