Good staff discounts available and some managers okay

Cons

Poor higher management constantly cutting staffing budgets so most “full time” staff barely got 20 hours a week, overworked and underpaid, shift managers on extra 50p an hour not worth additional stress, constantly changing rotas, getting called in on your days off due to staff shortages, same staff working every weekend even when requesting not to be the list goes on and on
