Incredibly unprofessional - bad mouthing employees in front of others, nonstop gossip, moving goal posts. Zero training - they're "too busy" to train, expect full industry knowledge within months, "we love when you ask questions", gets annoyed when you ask questions Both their recruiter, and the management lied about the position, work life balance (spoiler there is none), insane turnover (7 in 2025 alone), growth opportunity (yes, you guessed it there was zero) In my 20 years working professionally, this was the worst work environment. If a recruiter tells you about a Staff Accountant position in aviation, politely decline and ask for a new recruiter.

Its a frat house where only those who make friends with VP/C levels are favored. Negotiate your salary high and dont expect a raise. Also, they probably spend $600-$1000 a day going out to lunch on themselves.
