Pros

Great Mother's hours. Room to expand with the company. Willing to work with you on advancing to a CDL license. Work to life ratio is pretty good, get plenty of free time during the middle of the day and the end of the day.

Cons

Not a full time job. No benefits unless you make full time hours or your terminal is unionized. If you can't handle a lot of kids, this is not your job.
