      Good hrly rates. Was able to do my job with very little supervision.

      Cons

      Not able to get overtime when work increases. Not enough drivers.

      Pros

      I love working with the kids and having the same schedule as my kids. They allow you to work independently and have a camera on every bus for additional safety.

      Cons

      Low pay and working in extreme temperatures. There is not much opportunity to make extra money, and very little work is offered in the summer.

      Pros

      Definitely a job for those that love kids.

      Cons

      The Manager was a trainer first and never had training to become a manager. Man bashing and a micro-manager. Couldn't disagree with her without getting bashed. Ignored a lot of parent and employee complaints. If she ignores it, eventually it will go away.
