Terrible management system they just pick field trips how ever they want and do what they want. Also get junk base model buses

Working in the morning and afternoon to drive students to and from school allows time in between for other obligations, or you can drive . There are opportunities to drive for trips between runs, in the evening, and on weekends.

Cons

Inconsistent wage. You get a flat rate for your school runs, which varies based upon your run. Trips are paid hourly and start at $15/hour. Some times of the year there are tons of trips for extra income potentional. Other times, not so much.
