      If your looking for part time work, have young kids of school age, and just want extra income for walmart....ok

      Cons

      Management tending to butt kissers, driver who are doing the butt kissing run the office. Management seems to just go with the flow, and trainer is manipulating new drivers and teaching them to be her little snakes..its a pathetic show in Ledyard

      Transportation of special needs students helps one to develop patience & understanding.

      Cons

      Sometimes when the bus breakdown mechanically or when there is an accident & the children have to wait & parents are concerned if there would be a way to keep the buses from having breakdowns it would help tremendously in relieving anxiety.
