Its a hustle and my bus doesnt have AC so please get ESE Route for AC or a school that requires AC bus

Its not very difficult. The management seems very nice and supportive of its staff on a personal level. Great job for a stay at home mom with school aged children or a retiree that needs to get out of the house.

Cons

You get paid for being there and that is it.. there are no benefits or paid time off for non office or garage staff.
