      - The kids are amazing - Truly have a chance to make a difference in their lives - By yourself in your own bus, flexibilty to sing, mediate, pray, laugh, joke, whatever - If you like to drive

      Cons

      - Very poorly organized office - Micromanaged -controling managers - high turnover - no consideration for personal events. (not just oh im too tired to come in, but someone got in a car wreck, and was on the way to the hospital, and the manager asked them when they would be in. They didnt even ask if they were okay.

      Pros

      Laid back, pays okay, the company is somewhat diverse, although all the uppers are old white men, no women or minorities. Old company trying to catch up with competitors.

      Cons

      Lack of sttucture, bosses sleep around with employees and upper management allows harassment and discrimination. People fired for disagreeing and reporting corruption.
