Management doesnt know what theyvare foing. Puppets of corporate heads. Dont care about drivers. Just a number.

there is always extra work

Cons

boss is unfair, rules only apply to certain drivers,pay has a cap off for 10 years experience,so if you have 20 years you're getting the same pay as someone who has 10 years. They will hire and train anyone,not just moms and retirees.
