Great Atmosphere, management is very helpful and understands the challenges of the job. STA treats their employees with respect and builds employees up to succeed.

Cons

With any school bus driving job, it is a part time job and seasonal.

Great instructors and great safety meetings.

Cons

Had a bad commute, not much to do in the area for down time. No holiday pay when you need it the most. Lot of work getting workers comp.

Easy job, home at night. Most people are friendly.

Cons

Early morning wake up. Not enough pay for the hours. Hours are limited. Will most likly have to use unemployment on top of working here. They will not pay over time. If you go over 40 hours they will illegally move over hours to next week or they will send you home early. There is favoritism at the terminal I worked at. Also office staff is to many head chefs in the kitchen. Poor communication.
