Pros

benefits are great for mechanics, supervisors are helpful but at times micromanage but I don't believe its on purpose.

Cons

the pay is hard to deal with considering the standard for diesel mechanic is about 5 dollars more than what we are being paid and depending on locating the pay is less? the benefits is why I stayed but the demand were under worrying about kids safety and the actual importance of out job the pay is a joke.
