The kids are amazing. I formed a special bond with my pre k kids. Even though I had issues with a couple of my other runs, they still ask about me (since I’ve moved).

Cons

The fact that there’s no cameras to show any wrongdoings by staff and of the children. Bullying is a real thing that needs prof to get any sort of action to resolve the issue.

Pros

Many companies claim to be family friendly, but few really are. After my first interview upper management from STA called to ask me how my son felt about his father traveling for work. STA does not just claim to be family oriented, it’s woven into their business practices.

Cons

For me the only negative I found was the location of the position I really wanted. I have no complaints whatsoever, just an incredible company staffed with incredible employees!
