Pros
This would be a good job for college students as it takes place during after-school hours and the pay is decent compared to other options like food service.
Cons
Job postings were deceiving as I was not placed at the school site I had initially applied for. They will still give you options that are close to you but they may not be the same as the one you apply for. Also, you experience varies depending on your site. The program at my school was disorganized and there was no guidance from higher ups making it harder to create a structured program for the kids.
