Creating own classes, some nice co-workers.

Cons

Terrible supervisors, and other higher-ups. They have no organization and contact you last minute to teach classes. Try to get you to go to schools super far away and then won’t cover mileage. They will Cancel your classes last minute and not give you a heads up. None of the higher ups know how to teach children and give you no help when you ask for it. There is constant miscommunication. They could care less whether their teachers get an income or not. I would give zero stars if I could.
